Not at all feminine, I love the Elzybells image and I think the colour is perfect for a dad card.

What an absolutely adorable card! Love that you used polka-dot embossing and then mimicked it above with the polka-dotted pattern paper! Great effect! I don't think it looks too feminine at all...in fact your color choice is perfect for a man and your design isn't frilly so...no worries! Just my two cents...
